I'm 23w5d and for the last few days have been experiencing discomfort in my abdomen. It's hard to describe the feeling so I will try my best. It feels like boating, maybe light pressure. I am not sure if it is from some constipation I've been experiencing the last day or so or if it might be pressure from a UT I or just where baby is sitting. Anyone else had/have this? My husband is military so our provider is veryy hard to get in to see and she Is a midwife so not always super helpful with any symptoms I any having.
Re: bloating/discomfort
If the pain is in your upper-right stomach and isn't baby sticking a foot in your ribs, that definitely warrants a call to the doc. Especially combined with a persistent headache or blurred vision, upper-right quadrant pain can sometimes be an early sign of pre-e. Not trying to freak you out...it's just something to be aware of.
I hope it's nothing too bothersome and that you feel better soon!
I agree its possibly poop. I was feeling heavy recently and while I was completely constipated I started taking fiber supplements and now am massively relieved - and I was surprised how backed up I'd become. I thought it was the way the baby was sitting but nope - just poop.
I took: Vitafusion Calcium+Fiber chews, 2 chews once a day. Kicked in on day 3.
