My base camp is TTTC, but I'm surfing around for some encouragement
We've been TTC for just over 2 years now and just had an IUI with Clomid+Ovidrel that obviously went nowhere.
DH morphology is 18% (lab comparison looks for +30%) so that is why we tried IUI... (sitting out this cycle to recoup after clomid migraines and hot flashes and insane back pain).
My question is: was anyone successful with IUI + low morphology? or did everyone move on to IVF in the end???
Our RE didn't think IUI was a good option for us and we have only done IVF w/ICSI, but my DH has <4% normal morphology, at best. I have seen women here successful with IUI when their DH's morph was much lower then 18%, so I think you definitely have a chance of success with IUI. Wishing you luck!
Our RE didn't think IUI was the best for us either so we went straight to IVF and are actually about to head down that road again. DH's counts were 4.5 million at the time of IVF and his morph was 4%, down from 19% just two months prior. We did ICSI as well and all of our eggs fertilized normally.
Good luck! I certainly hope you are able to find success with whichever option y'all decide to pursue!

We had success with IUI+injects and then had an unassisted pregnancy. DH's morph was 1-2% every time it was tested.
Edit: I think the difference for us is that MH had a normal count so he had a decent number of normal sperm. 1% of 100 million is better than having 5% of 10 million. KWIM? How is your husband'a total count?

I'm lurking from PAIF... but we were successful w/ our 2nd IUI + injects w/ my husband having 2-3% morph and 4.2 mil motil post wash count. I had three follies and we just found out I'm 7w along w/ twins!! I had him take fertile aid and coq10 for 3 months and it increased his motility to 70%, I think that def. helped. Good luck!!

DH has 0% morph, IUI was not an option for us, but we have DD from our second IVF w/ ICSI cycle and I am pregnant with #2 from a successful FET. Best of luck!
My husband has 0% morph and we do have one child from an IUI, one from IVF and two from unassisted pregnancies. He also has borderline count and motility while I am of advanced maternal age and a very poor responder to drugs.

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
My DH also had low morph - 2-3%, and borderline count. We got pg with #1 on our third round of clomid, but only the second one with trigger and IUI. I also had a blocked tube. I had DH on l-carnitine after we got the morph results. We never got them rechecked (they don't check the morph when they do the IUI, just the count), so I don't know if it helped, but we did get pg!
I then got pregnant with #2 when DS was 6 months old and I hadn't had AF yet. That was a surprise! I got pg a third time that was a m/c, and a fourth time that was my DD#2. She took almost a year of trying, including the m/c, but still was unassisted. Good luck, you just never know.
DH count was 83million total, 58% motility, average progression.
I have ~37 day cycles, but got flying colors on my HSG this morning and the doc there said with DH's numbers and the looks of my internals, it could just be screwy ovulation in general, but that she thinks we'll get there.
I have no idea what his count was on day of IUI (must remember to get that at next visit).
Today's HSG results gave me boost of hope, so now I'm kind of looking forward to giving Letrozole a whirl next cycle and get back on with the IUIs.
