We have a baby trend sit and stand. My six month old goes into the front and my 2 year old either sits or stands in the back. They both seem to like t and my two year old loves that he can come and go easily and stand up in it
I'm pretty sure this convo is over but I just got here today! I have the city select and have used it since the twins were born.
Yes, it's a bit heavier but hey, who isn't looking for some extra exercise! I am 5' and can steer this with one hand. I don't mind attaching and detaching seats. I actually only detach one when I fold it so I don't have to do both each time. Works for me.
I don't like side by side because they are too big for my small wing span and I imagine would be much harder for me to steer one handed. I also like the different positions I can put them in. Right now we're trying the looking at each other position. They seem to like it. They take their shoes off and share them with each other. It's quite cute. There has been a lot less kicking also. There's also still room for stuff under the seats.
I have also brought this on a plane. You have to take off both seats and fold it. Not any more difficult than putting it in your car. The airplane staff take it from there as it's going to be stored in cargo anyway. All seats and stroller will then meet you out of the plane. Where that meet up is depends on the airline. Some are easier than others. I did this when the duo were 3 months and again at 5 months. Was not nearly as hard as I thought. I know there are horror stories about strollers being beaten up. That happens when there are incompetent people. That you can't help. Most of the time you will be perfectly fine. 2 rides and no problems with the stroller. Nothing stolen, everything I gave them came back to me.

So...I suggest the Baby Jogger City Select. :-)
Thanks for weighing in. Its such a hard choice and an inexpensive investment so I appreciate your feedback!
We have the Graco Quattro Tour Duo. It folds down easily and fits in the trunk (Ford Fusion) without a problem. I find it easy to steer. It fits through doorways no problem. The only issue with doors is the length, but you'll get used to it.
The infant seat can go in either front or back. The back seat fully reclines and the front reclines some. The only issue with the recline is the front seat can't recline if a carrier is in the back.
We have been happy with it. I'm glad we went with a reasonably priced stroller. I would have loved to have had a high end stroller, but this one works just as well.
I have the city select and have been happy with it. I've never played around w/ seating options, just have both facing out, but used to use w/ infant seat and 1.5 year old and now both boys are in seats. If I had a side by side maybe I'd find folding it easier since I wouldn't have to remove seats, but I don't find it to be a big deal and it definitely fits well wherever we go. I also LOVE the huge basket underneath. I can get an insane amount of groceries with both kids in the stroller.
The only negative is we've had a surprising number of problems, but their support has been outstanding and always sends me new pieces quickly.
