Labor Inducing Pressure Points Question

Hey mommas! Any of you try doing the labor inducing pressure points massage? I'm still pregnant with baby number 2 and my due date is this Saturday. My NP is worried the baby is going to be huge because he is measuring over 8lbs but she won't induce and wants me to go as natural as possible. I want to try and speed things up but nothing is working (sex 3 times a day, evening prime rose, long walks...you name it I've done it). I'm 1 cm dilated and 0% effaced. Would it be terrible if my contractions started before I was effaced? I'm getting really impatient and REALLY uncomfortable.

    I did prenatal massage with intense work on pressure points.. The first time, I ended up in the hospital the next day with contractions every 3-5 minutes but was sent home as I was only 2cm, this never progressed and went on for about two weeks. Then, I had it done again a few days before I gave birth with no response.

    @shiggybop are you dilated or effaced at all? That's what frustrates me the most is that most of the time for those old wives tales to work you have to be somewhat progressed.
