I wasn't able to reuse any of DD1's outfits for DD2, because nearly every one had a yellowish-brown stain up the back. That kid blew out at least one diaper a day. It was awful.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
Cloth diapers have REALLY helped us with the blowouts.
I keep hearing this. I wish DH would let me spend the money to get started in cloth and save the sposie money in the long run. Alas, I think he believes I will quit thereby wasting all the money because I did with DD. (I was 19 and I worked full time. Now I am much older and SAH.)

Check out ebay. I got an entire stash of bum genius diapers (new) for less than $250. WELL worth it.

Yeahhhh... I lied and told him I could make it work around $100 ( ) since I hand wash laundry and would wash very often. He said nope, nuh-uh not falling for it. Oh well.
Our problem is the solids I think...we either have rabbit turds or once that fixes itself we had the blowout. This is really only the second true blowOUT, but both were in outfits I love.
Thank goodness for Oxy Clean soaks. There was a period of time (weeks) where DS would come home with a new outfit on & at least 1-2 dirty ones in a bag from day care. I am probably jinxing it now, but we have been on an approximate week stretch of him actually coming home in the same clothes I sent him to day care in! Fingers crossed!
J had a blowout at lunch, after his baptism, with all of our family around, while DH was handing J to me. Shit sprayed all over the floor and me. Thank you sunshine, works everytime!

I likely just jinxed myself.
*We cloth. The only blow out was in a disposable....!
ETA: this sounded braggy. We have had a few leaks of poop, out the side of the leg - and those have happened every time in her white jeans.
ETA, these, but the cord version.
