Loss Milestone and 2nd Appt Tomorrow... Ts&Ps, please?!!

Hey ladies,
I'm a huge ball of nerves tonight and my therapist cancelled my appt this evening, so I'm really on edge! Tomorrow is my loss milestone (10w3d), which is already flipping me out big time, and also my second appt where they will do a Doppler and/or ultrasound. I saw a heartbeat at 7w3d and 8wks, and my first loss was technically at 6wks and discovered at 10w3d, but all of this is not helping my PGaL brain this evening. If you have some t's&p's to spare, can you send them my way? Thanks
