Good morning ladies! I'd love to have any T&P you can spare as I am so scared to go to my u/s tomorrow. We had an u/s last Wednesday at what I thought should have been 6w5d based on OPKs and charting. (Here is my chart if you'd like to help me (over)analyze https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/alysonjill ). Both the u/s tech and RE measured me at 5w5d and we were able to see a flickering heartbeat. I am racking my brain to try and justify how I could be a whole week behind knowing that I almost positively O'ed on May 16th and the last time we had sex was the night of May 17th. The RE wasn't too hopeful considering I am nearly certain of O date, but stranger things have happened. With both of my previous pregnancies, growth stopped right at the beginning of the 6th week, so that makes me even more worried.

Update: So looks like we are in another week of limbo. I measured 6w2d and a HR of 60. So, we all know that isn't looking so good. The RE said that it is more than 50% chance that this won't end well, however we need to give it another week and see what happens. It is up to us if we want to continue with the progesterone (since we were just using it "just in case"), but I think I will continue it just to know that I gave it everything we had. Feeling numb and deflated. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers so far!

From your chart I wouldn't move ch anymore than 2days + add a day or so for implantation and there we've "found" 4 days, and add the variance in US at that early of gestation.
Fwiw I had a 4 day variance on my 1st us (we only saw a gestational sac). Then at my next US (closer to 7wks) had growth and only a 3 day variance. My last scan (almost 10wks) there was still a 1day variance.

To add to this in hopes to give you more positive thinking....my 1st u/s at what FF said was 5wks5, the tech measured me same. Nothing but sac and yolk visible. I was sent for a higher resolution u/s due to a question about where pregnancy implanted and they measured me at 5wks3. Four days later, we saw more plus the just started HB (94) and measured 5wks6 (should have been 6wks2 based on FF). I was alarmed that she only measured 1 day of growth, and questioned the tech about that versus what hospital found. She said that there is always a few days variance that early on (later ovulation, later implantation, the quality of the machine they use) and as long as we were seeing good growth (in my case-presence of fetal pole and HB), they don't worry too much. Since then, I've consistently measured two days behind when FF had my O date as-basically on time with hospital's higher resolution u/s versus what the RE office uses.
So, long story short-I am crossing everything this is a situation of late implantation combined with room for machine measurements being a couple days off. Will be thinking of you all day. ((Hugs))
