How long after your last feeding can you pump?

I'm finding that it takes a while for my milk to fill back up. I feed my baby and then two hours later I only get 2oz total.
Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong or is there something u can do to help produce more/faster?

  • Pretty normal. As hard as it is (I hint mastered it), pump Inbetween every feeding. Your body will catch on and produce more. I pump after morning feed and get 3-4 oz, and only 1.5-2 oz any other time of the day.
  • This helps a lot. I'm constantly worrying about making enough and being able to pump for a few bottles here and there.
I'm feeding this guy so often that I am afraid that there won't be anything in my breasts when I feed him.
