Intro from a Newbie

Hey all...

Just a quick hello intro. About me: 32, married since August 2011 to my DW. We got pregnant in August 2013 via unmedicated IUI with donor sperm. Had a healthy, wonderful, normal pregnancy until I started bleeding on November 29, 2013 due to a placental abruption (no cause known). Held on to my baby until I went into preterm labor on January 5, 2014, at 24.1 weeks. Anderson was born via emergency c-section weighing 1.9 lbs and fought like heck in the NICU for 26 days. He lost his fight on January 31, 2014. Since then, we've been... surviving. Waiting until we're medically cleared to try again. It's great to meet you all even though I wish we'd never have to meet here.

I'm so sorry. I really don't know why this happens. I'm 32 as well, married July of 2011. We want to try again when cleared as well, I just need to have hope to get me through each day.

Again I am so sorry to hear about Anderson. I hope you and DH are keeping each other grounded and finding ways to keep some humor and happiness in your lives. Big hugs.
