Hi, I'm Sharky, and I'm obviously new around here and hoping to find (and give) some support. I am mom to my almost-3-year-old son who we call Mush, who was conceived on my fifth medicated with Femara and TI, after a year of TTC and one CP. We have been TTC again for some time, actively for about 6 months because before that I had some PCOS issues that got in the way in the form of continuous bleeding for about 6 months. That suddenly stopped in December and ever since I have been ovulating on my own, just a little late (CD 20-25). That's new, since last time we were TTC I never ovulated without meds.
We went to see a new RE (we moved 1000 miles away from the old one) and he wanted to get some testing out of the way before trying Femara again. And DH's s/a came back with a count of 13 million (normal motility and morphology). We are pretty unpleasantly surprised, since last time around the problems we faced were only with my PCOS. Four years ago, his s/a came back at the lowest end of normal (20 million with good motility and morphology), and I got pregnant with my son the same cycle he was tested. We are not sure exactly what our next move will be. We have an appointment to discuss our options this Thursday and I am nervous. Having this extra problem thrown at us seems pretty scary right now.

Jodee, we call LO Mush because of my youngest brother. When LO was a newborn, my brother had never held such a young baby and kept saying how "mushy" he was and just started calling him Mush. It stuck and has fit him well in various ways ever since. To the point where many people who know us don't even know his real name!
