Cleaning Furniture that's been in Storage

So the changing table I used for DD has been stored in my Opa's garage for the last 4 years....I'm going over there this weekend to get it.  Any suggestions on how to properly clean it? I am going to inspect it for any bugs that could possibly living on it before I put it in my car.  I read online to spray with bug spray even if you don't see any bugs. And that vinegar and water should be sufficient to disinfect any kind of furniture.  Then leave outside to sun for a day. What do you guys think, does that sound sufficient? I decided to throw away the PnP that's been in there...even though it's been stored in a box, it's also almost 12 yo so I think it's time to pitch it!

BFP #4 11/6/12. EDD 7/16/13~my birthday! No sac found @ 5w1d, betas not increasing. Natural m/c started 11/20/12.

BFP#5 11/9/13.  EDD 7/21/14  Our beautiful rainbow born on his due date!!

    I'm using the PnP that was bought 22 years ago since it was in great condition when I pulled it out of the carry bag. It had been stored in my parent's basement for most of the last 15-16 years.

    my mom swears by Murphys wood oil soap for wooden furniture.

    @Kelly11235 I'm not sure if it's actual "real" wood..guess I'll have to check that out.

    The bassinet we used with ds2 was the one my Grandma used with her kids, 1 or more aunts used with my cousins and was used to catch laundry at the bottom of the laundry chute after my parent's generation stopped having kids......so it's at least 60 years old - we just added a new mattress.
