  We have it! I love it. I can easily use it with both my 17 month old and my 3.5 year old. I just have the original so I can't comment on the coolness of the airflow version.

  I've heard both good and bad about Lillebaby. Have you checked out Kinderpack? They're very comfortable and can be bought with a "koolknit" panel in the center that is super breathable and great for keeping baby and mama/daddy cool.
