I wanna start working out but I have heard that working out cuases your milk supply to go down. Has this happened to anyone. I want my body back but not if I am going to loose my milk supply
I think as long as you don't try to do too much too fast, you'll be okay. I am currently very lazy, but I was running a couple of times a week and walking most days when DS was 3-5 months old and didn't have any problems with supply.
I think I read somewhere that when you do exercises on the pec muscles it could decrease your supply. Not sure if it's true, I'm going to start working out next week.
