Less than 100 days left!

So I am due on October 1st so I know I am at the front of the pack but I just noticed that my ticker said I had 99 days to go! So excitied to see double digits!!

oh my goodness, I feel so far behind! I'm still thrilled to be past the halfway point. Due 10/30 so I'm at the back of the pack lol.

Our nursery is still very much a dining room. But I brought empty boxes home from work last week to start packing stuff up, so that's progress, right?

I guilted DH into working in there at 8pm last night because he wants to go to some brewery festival this Saturday and its the first weekend we have all the materials to really get going in that room. I'm not so happy about it. It needs to be done by the end of August or beginning of September. Baby could come at any time. And we really only have full days on weekends. So thats what, like 8-9 weekends? Maybe 20 days or so? That's really not much at all...

OMG, when you put it that way, it's even worse! I feel like I need to get the dining room stuff emptied out of the room before I can even decide how I want to decorate it. We're still up in the air about whether or not we want to paint, never mind anything else. but at least we have walls, so there's that, I guess. :P

Sorry to all that I spooked! I am actually leaving our guest room setup until after the baby gets here since my aunt is coming to stay with us for a few weeks to help us out. We won't actually set up the nursery until a few weeks after he is born (I know that this will be super awful) since we have a small two bedroom house and I wanted her to have her own space while she visits.

We are going to paint the room and DH is going to put up some nice wood blinds but other than that I don't have that much to do (which I know I sound like a total newb saying that!)

And I'm sure you have windows, lighting, and flooring too? None of which we have. Nothing. Not even insulation! Gah!

Our baby's room is also still at studs... And it doesn't look like we'll have time to work at it for another 4 weeks. Yikes!!

Down to 99 days today! We move states in six weeks(!) but my husband will have two weeks off before starting his new job so hopefully that will be enough time to get moved in, buy everything baby and get the big stuff set up.

@Jalara48, when do you leave for India? I feel like I remember you saying that you would be there a couple of weeks before the baby is due, so I feel like your journey is starting before any of us!

YIKES! As terrifying as this is, it's the kick in the ass that I definitely needed. Time to start getting things done!
