How do I join?

Not trying to be rude or snarky but I think the point of the Facebook group is to be more private so I don't know if you will get an invite since we don't know you...

Well that's not fair. Maybe she wants to be part of the Facebook group because the bump is not as easily accessible. I never go on the bump with my phone because of this-- only Facebook. Plus, correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never seen some of the Facebook girls here (although I'm sure they were more active while pregnant). Pretty sure a girl joined the Facebook group yesterday that has never even been part of this board. Contact KatK421.

But nobody really knows who she is. With all the drama around here lately people on the FB group are leery about adding strangers. And as far as the girl that joined the group yesterday everyone was under the impession she was from TB.

Wow! I have been on here since finding out I was pregnant in August 2013. I. read posts and will like a post or occasionally comment but I dont post often. The reason I want to join the FB group is because of the privacy. This group is not private. I have found this group to be helpful as I navigated the first 14mos of motherhood but I certainly dont need drama or judgement from strangers.

I will not be requesting to join the FB group. I was hoping it would be a supportive, private environment where we could support each other as we venture into toddlerhood. At the end of the day it is just a FB group and not a substitute for

Obviously you haven't been lurking since august 13 because then you would know that this group we have formed is just that - a supportive environment. Would you walk up to a bunch of strangers at the mall and ask to be invited into their group of friends without even trying to get to know them first? That's essentially what you just did.
