Can someone tell me what I'm looking at? O_o

From our 20wk A/S we got 4 pictures. One of which I can tell what it is but can someone tell me what this one is?!

Our tech was so concerned with talking about "worthless people on welfare" that she couldn't be bothered to tell us how much he weighed, his length, or answer any questions about what was what. I think I see a face here....but it's the face of a opossum with one giant thumb. :(

    I have no clue... even when our tech was telling us what we were looking at, I just had to take her word for it lol.

    @uncharted01 lol understandable. I was just so frustrated that our tech was so unprofessional and was hoping she could point out in detail what the heck I was getting pictures of because...I just can't see it. oh well.

    Yeah they look pretty creepy until later on. 3d/4d isn't worth it until later.

    I had to make this for my husband after ready what ClrkKntismyAE had to say because he was just as lost as I was...get ready to chuckle lol.

    To me, it looks like he's squished up really small, at a profile angle. Those limbs look like legs?

    To me it looks like a cross section of the skull., where you can see the lobes of the brain near the top.
