Sex based on heart rate

Just for fun was wondering if this old wives tale has worked for anyone or if it was totally off

    It wasn't right for me. At my first ultrasound the HB was 176 - clearly a girl based on the heart rate logic. 

    And...It's a BOY!!

    It was right for my DD ... she stayed above 150 the entire pregnancy.

    It was "right" for me with DD. This one also had a high HR (160) at the first u/s but it's yet to be seen whether it's a boy or girl.

    Both my kids were around 135 throughout my pregnancy, which would indicate a boy. They're both girls.

    This for me too. My son always had a high heart rate. But all the old wives tales were wrong for me when I was pregnant with my son.

    Totally wrong. Initial HB reading at 8 weeks was 176. Again at 12 weeks it was 158.

    Thought it would be a girl. Wrong.

    He's all boy with a steady current HR of 130 :D

    It was sort of right for me. She was 168 at 8w, 157 at 12w, and usually in the 140's since.

    It was "right" for me. I'm having a girl and her HR has always been over 140-150bpm.

    Was just at My ob today and the heart rate was 180 they said that that was good after reading this though is it normal to be that high

    When my mother was pregnant with me (back in the early 80's) they told her my heart rate was high and I was probably a girl.

    They were right.

    At my 10 week appointment, baby had a heart beat of 153.  I was told that in the "boy" range, but no promises.
