Recent funnies? Crazies? What are your LO ones doing lately to crack you up?
Ethan banishes Maya to time out when she does something he doesn't like. They will be playing together and I suddenly hear "Time Out!" and see him pointing at her. Of course, she yells back "No time out Buddy!" It's quite the scene.
C recently started pretend sneezing. I have no idea where she learned this from. DH and I are not sick and we don't have allergies. But she whips her little head back and says, "Ahhhhhhhhh, CHEW!" and then giggles because it's the funniest thing in the world.
She also started taking my hand and leading me places. Last night it was into the kitchen to make her a smoothie. She took me to the freezer to get the frozen fruit, then the fridge for the yogurt, then the cabinet for her smoothie cup. So cute.
Anytime Leo hears a plane (we live by the municipal airport so quite often) he goes "Shhh" and holds his finger to his lip then whispers "airplane". Then gets excited and yells "Airplane" and does his hand in a big circle. This started after going to the air show on Father's Day. He is now all about airplanes doing tricks.
I changed out a couple of things on James Good Behavior chart this week and that always makes a huge impact on his behavior. He has been the sweetest kid, I love it. We have also been talking about giving compliments and he has been so vocal about telling people they did a good job or that he likes something about them.

B does both of these things. The sneezing and the leading. He always takes a finger and pulls. Sometimes he'll point and say "Sit chair" or "sit couch."
He's recently been into snuggling before bed. So he'll get out of the tub, we'll put on the diaper/PJ's then he runs to our bed with his blanket and says "Snuggle Mama, snuggle Dada." So we need to lay in out bed with him for a bit. It's the cutest damn thing.
He's been scolding the cats too and he'll go off in a tangent for like 5 minutes saying god knows what then he'll giggle at the end. Apparently something was funny!
Nora is just starting to say words in context and understand and be able to hold "conversations" but it's so funny how obsessed she is with Frozen. It's the first thing she asks for in the morning and will sit there and watch the entire thing.
B changes obsessions. First it was Cars, then Monsters Inc, now it's Nemo. Every day he asks to watch it and he'll watch the whole thing. He gets scared when they get swallowed by the whale which he calls a "pain" AKA plane. "Mama, pain, scared."
DH has this gorilla that I gave him as a joke when we first started dating. It has this crazy maniacal laugh. He had it at his office and now it's in his car. Ethan is terrified of it. Every time he sees it in the car he says "No thank you monkey! Don't scare me!"
I thought of another one. He was so excited and threw a truck but didn't really mean to. It hit me square in the nose and I was upset with him. He comes over pouty eyes, curled lip and grabs my face in his hands, nicely. He looks me right in the eye says "It's ok mama. I sorry. It's ok." I almost cried it was so sweet.
E is obsessed with this new Thomas book. Thomas and the other trains are scared of the bridge, his wheels come off the track, and the helicopter comes down to put him back on the track. Something about it clicked in E's brain and now all day it's "wheels off track. Harold helicopter down. Wheels back track. Thomas happy." This morning that was about 6:15 this morning.

K has been terrorizing the dog lately (we're working on it) but he takes off with shit under the table all the time and I am on my hands and need knees yelling "drop it". The other day she shoves a toy in his mouth and when he went under the table with it, she smacked her hand on the floor and yelled "dwop eet". It was so funny/not funny lol.
Hannah will tell us "I pooped" immediately after pooping. But she hasn't been able to distinguish between gas and an actual BM until recently.
The other day she looked at me and said "I pooped", and I said to H, "I think she just farted."
This morning, while we were changing her diaper, she farted, and said "I pooped". I responded "No, you didn't poop.", and she yelled, as loudly as she could "I FARTED!"
Colby tells me when he poops too. He is also putting a ton of sentences together. He is trying so hard to be independent. "I doot" ("I do it") comes out of his mouth a million times a day. He doesn't understand that there are some things that he really can't do. I try my best to let him assist as much as possible but when it comes to safety things like using knives and climbing stairs alone, he just gets frustrated and I feel bad.
My husband taught Lily to wave her finger and say no no. She also likes to say "ummm no" when we ask her if she wants something or wants to do something and she doesn't.
T kept asking for "horny"... what? Turns out, the kid wanted some ORANGES.
He keeps me lauging constantly. He calls his privates "nonny" - so when he peed on the floor last week, he was screaming "uhoh nonny, uh oh nonny" over and over.

DD started doing this recently too! She also has this habit, when we're in the car, or if she's in the stroller, of constantly saying "Mommy?" "Daddy?" "Bubba?" (brother). When we respond, she just starts over again. It's like she's checking to make sure we're all there. It's equal parts adorable and maddening, lol. This ties in with her being super attached to DS. I love to watch them interact, and she's always looking for him if he's not right there. She also continues to melt my heart by giving the biggest hugs ever. She throws her arms around my neck, smushes her face against mine and squeezes.
DS has always been very curious and observant. Yesterday, we were driving along, and he pointed out three different things that I would have otherwise missed, the last being a beautiful sunset over the tree line. When I told him I loved that he notices things like that and shares them with me, he responded with "I'm always keeping an eye out," It cracked me up.
We were understaffed at the dealership so I came in with Quinn to try to help out. The phone started ringing while we were all with customers. My mom ran to get it but Quinn beat her to it. I look over and Quinn's got the phone up to her ear saying "hullo?" HULLO?" Hiiiiiii!! I was horrified but laughing too. Thankfully the person on the phone was laughing! They ended up buying a jet ski so she may get some commission!!
I told Evelyn she was pretty and she responded "Shush. Quiet". Well OK then...
When I tell Maya she's pretty I get "I know, Mommy".
LOL, DS does this too. He also, as I'm combing his hair in the morning, will say, "I'm almost handsome!" I always say, "You're always handsome." I don't know where he picked that up!

MIL is going to love that one.
Everytime we change B's diaper he goes through this "Nugget, no nugget. Poop, no poop." OMG.
DS crosses his legs when he sits anywhere, just like DH does. DS is also currently obsessed with washing his hands if we do, and constantly wants to make coffee. He puts his little plastic cup inside the kurig and waits for it to "make" coffee, then he pulls out the cup and chugs the air coffee.
DDs big thing right now is 'counting' at me. When I start she will say 2 and 3 then laugh manically and say 4. Best. Joke. Ever.
She also likes to 'rest' with me. I think it's because as soon as DH gets home I take 20min and lay down on the couch (by 5:30 I'm really ready for bed) DD will come up say 'let's rest' pull up the blanket and remote and lay down.

Dd puts her hat & glasses on, puts her pocketbook around her neck & waves & says, "bye! See ya later!" She also likes to come in the room & say, "hi guys!", all casually.
The other day I was sleeping & I heard her come in saying, "mommy in there?" over & over. So I think, ugh here she goes, she's gonna climb up on the bed like she usually does. But then I just hear her say, "sssshhh!" & the door quietly close. It was so funny.
Also thanks to an episode of umizoomie, she pretends she's the giant from Jack & the Beanstalk & goes around stomping her feet saying, "be bi bo bum!" I try to get her to say the f sound, but she won't do it.
DS says Green Light/Red Light, whichever the case may be, and if you don't acknowledge him he will get louder and louder. He likes to pretend to drive. He'll turn the steering wheel in DH's lap when the truck is parked. He turns the wheel and says Go! Go! If you don't pull out quick enough he yells Go! Go! then also. He loves keys so we gave him his own key ring with keys we couldn't remember what they went to. He does the hand motions for Itsy Bitsy Spider, but it doesn't sound like Itsy Bitsy. He cracks me up each time he does it.
Beb and I are apparently on a first name basis now. If I don't answer her when she says "Oh, mommmy" (to the toon of Oh, tootles) she's says very firmly "Dana!"
I don't answer her until she uses Mommy again dispute being slightly amused.

) Luci has been doing this with DH. If I start calling for him, it's "Bryon, Bryon, Bryon" until he answers! I have to laugh, because she never does it with my name!
We are going to take a stab at potty training soon so we have her potty out. I told her that her baby had to pee pee the other day to redirect her attention and she raced to get her baby out of the high chair (where she last put the doll) and ran her to the potty. I was shocked because we hadn't even really gone over that yet, plus I loved how she ran like it was an emergency.

Greylan played a game on my phone where you pop balloons that turn into shapes, and now he often asks me to play "balloons". The problem is..he says "Booze" not balloons. It took me a long time to realize that he wasn't begging me for a beer, but instead for some educational balloon shapes lol.
I made the mistake of saying "me" when referring to myself, instead of referring to myself in the third person. I would say "You want me to do it?" Well..I should have been saying "You want Mum to do it?" because now when he refers to me, he literally calls me "me" half the time. Jeez.
For a long time when we would build with blocks, his main goal was to knock them down. If I asked him to build a tower, he would get 3 blocks high and knock it down. Recently he has started building block towers 10 to 15 blocks high. It's awesome.
Your new siggy is killing me. The amount of cuteness!

Mine are all about interacting with Julia because now she's old enough that Sophia recognizes her as a human being:
The other day we were reading a book about what to do when a baby cries. I asked Sophia what crying sounded like. She said "Julia".
When she's in the bathtub, she puts all of her bath toys on the end closest to the faucet. When I asked her why, she pointed at the side without toys and said "Sister" because that's where her sister sits in the tub. (This is sweet, not mean, since Julia doesn't play with bath toys yet, and just needs the room so I can lay her down to wash her hair.)
Julia was rolling across the floor the other day and I asked her if she was rolling away. Sophia responded "Roll away Julia. Bye bye sister!"
DD wants to "wok (rock) with Mommy" every night right before bed. I love getting the cuddle time and we talk about her day. I tell her every night, "You are smart. You are special. You are beautiful. You are kind..." I must have forgot "kind" one night because she piped up "Kind, too." I almost fell out of the chair laughing.

G is still just picking up words. Every once in a while she will use 2 words. Trying to get her to tell me when she poops so I ask if she did stinky ( if I say poo she thinks booboo and shows me all her booboos) she won't answer but will say "butt" and pat her butt.
She will take a discount card pretend to swipe then say "bye" and walks away.
G will put her baby down for a nap. Everything comes out of the crib. Lays the baby on her back then turns the little mobile on. But nothing can be in the crib haha.
