Pregnancy Tracker Delux

Just started using it last month. I have a really good handle on my cycle but wanted to have a saved calendar that I could go over with my midwife when I get a BFP.

We plan on starting TTC in August. I wanted a good 3 month history. I have been tracking CM and position for 5 years. I have a 29-32 day cycle and normally ovulate day 16 or 17. Last month I entered all my information each day and was pretty certain that I ovulated on day 17 like normal. Now, I am on day 7 of this cycle and the app states that I will probably ovulate on day 15.

Does this app ever "learn" me or no?

    Not familiar with the app. Is it simply a period tracker? Do you temp at all?

    It does have a place to record BBT and I did temp TTC #1 but I have not this time. I also started recording 3 months prior to TTC #1 For that 3 months BBT also put me ovulating on day 17. It only took one cycle last time to get a BFP.

    It's not a huge deal if it doesn't learn me because I just want to be able to use it as reference but I was curious.

    I'm confused what you mean by "learn" you. You, the app, or anyone else has no clue what will happen your next cycle. Just because most of your cycles have a similar routine doesn't mean the next cycle won't be a crazy weird cycle where you ovulate a week later than normal. Start temping again. That's the only way you'll get any useful info. And switch to fertility friend. I don't think a single person here uses the app you're using.

    What I meant was will it always default to day 15 or will it eventually default to the day I usually ovulate on.

    I will check out fertility friend. It's crazy to think just 3 years ago I used a printed chart calendar.

    If you're only tracking your cycle length, it will probably always tell you that you ovulate 14 days before you start your period.

    If you use fertility friend and track your BBT it will predict when you will O and be fertile based on previous cycles, but then continuing to chart will confirm and give it more information to go on.

    Three years ago I used FertilityFriend!  I don't know about your app, but FF does 'learn' your cycles after a while of temping, cm, and opks.  GL!


    I had a blackberry 3 years ago. I still don't think they have "there's an app for that" for anything. That's neither here nor there though. Thank you ladies.

I used it as a basic "cycle started/ended" tracker before we started TTC and immediately switched to FF for the real info that was useful. It has a terrible "chat" section of wack jobs wondering if they're pregnant because they pee'd 6 times the day the app says they ovulated.

    Oh good grief. Glad I didn't sign into that. Maybe I will have some time after DS goes to bed to transfer over what data I have so far to FF. And look for that thermometer. Unless, I can use the ear one I have for DS? It's ear but goes to 100th of a degree. I liked the BBT one I had. Probably guaranteed to be dead by now though. I won't be back to town until Friday to buy a new one.

    Found it. It's dead. I'll get a new one Friday. I will also be dedicating the next three months (or more in case it proves to be a longer process this time) to extreme house cleaning. The crap I found today while looking for it....

    Hopefully you will all have moved on before I come back. I say that in the nicest way possible.
