How many weeks/ how big? 29 weeks - acorn squash

How are you feeling? Not too bad, still feeling rested from last week's vacation. I've noticed I'm hotter than everyone all the time. Also last night I may have ugly cried for about 5 minutes because I wanted to take a steaming hot bath and eat ice cream at the same time; we're not suppose to take hot baths and I didn't have any ice cream. Poor DH!

Any appointments you want to talk about?
My GD test, rhogam shot, and 28 week appointment was last Friday. I think everything went well. They said they have the GD results back that day, and they haven't called me, so no news should mean good news. Next appointment is July 3rd because they're starting every 2 weeks now.
GTKY - What type of progress have you made with the nursery and/or other house projects that you aim to be complete before the baby comes? How prepared/not prepared is your home for new baby? How far before baby comes will it be ready?We got a lot done last week. DH painted the nursery and assembled the crib. I picked out and hung curtains. The mattress and glider are being shipped. I still need to find a small side table for glider, and order/hang the rest of the wall hangings. My big project that has to be done, but that I have been putting out, is cleaning out my bedroom closet, because DH has been using the one in the nursery and we've never shared a closet. Now we have to consolidate so LO has somewhere to put her clothes. Right now it won't be so hard because I only have maternity clothes out. I have no idea what we are going to do once I pull my regular clothes out. We have a serious lack of closet space in our home.

29 weeks, up a whopping 42 pounds!

I feel great and energetic but it is short lived. By 7pm I am WORN OUT!

I just dropped off a 24 hour urine sample yesterday afternoon. My doctor suspects preeclampsia is the cause of pain under my right breast. I've had it since about 15 weeks and it's only gotten worse. My differential came back and was posted online last night. I have a high neutrophil count- which can also point toward preeclampsia. I'm super bummed but trying to stay positive. My doctor is all for me having a natural childbirth but I'm so afraid a diagnosis of preeclampsia will be immediately ruling that out. At the same time, I can't take any chances with baby's (and my own!) health.

Baby's nursery is coming along quite nicely. It is painted, all furniture in it's place. Still need: crib skirt, rug, window treatment, and to hang up wall decor. Drawers are all empty too. All the little stuff has been thrown into the closet along the way.

Phew. That was a lot. How about you?

How many weeks/ how big? 30 weeks, Cucumber

How are you feeling? Feeling good. Some swelling in my lower legs from sitting at my desk all day, I'm going to buy some compression socks today to see if that helps.

Any appointments you want to talk about? Had an apt yesterday, it was very uneventful. I go back in 2 weeks.

We are building a house, it's supposed to be complete end of August, but I'm a little doubtful. In any case, my due date is 9/2 so I am just really hoping our house will be done before I have this little guy.

Any appointments you want to talk about? Just had my 28 wk and glucose test yesterday. Now I wait...

We got paint samples this weekend, might get them on the wall to see which one I want. After we paint I'll get the furniture etc. My shower is this weekend so I don't know where I'm going to put things until it's done. Maybe the step kids room, then I have a reason to get it out before they come up end of July.

I'd like to be done by mid August.

Tired and exhausted. I am hoping my vacation in 3 weeks helps this some.

I go July 1st for my 30 week appointment. Just passed my glucose test which was exciting for me!

Nursery is painted but needs touched up. Crib is assembled. Crib skirt and curtains are being made by a family friend. Dresser is set to come mid-July. Working on plans for wall art and such now. Hoping to have the whole nursery wrapped up by early August!

First post ever on TB, so I hope I'm doing this right!

27 weeks, 4 days. Feeling great! The only annoying thing I'm experiencing is feet swelling, and with Louisiana heat, that's not exactly surprising. I haven't even bothered trying to put my wedding rings on lately; I just wear them on a necklace every day.

We just got the nursery all finished this weekend, and now I'm feeling really antsy so I think I need to find another project to take on. I know that having the room completely done should calm my anxiety, but I am the worst about sitting still and feeling like I'm not doing something when I should be. Plus being bored is trouble because that's when I start reading scary articles online about labor and breastfeeding. MUST STAY AWAY FROM BAD INTERNET.

How many weeks/how big? 29 weeks, Acorn squash!

How are you feeling? Different every day. Some emotional, some well rested, others my back is killing me. I've noticed my hands are swelling more, & my appetite is through the roof!

Any appointments you want to talk about? We go for our 30 wk check up next Wednesday & they're going to try our 4D scan again since little miss was being so stubborn last time

GTKY- Since we have a 1 Bd apt, she will be staying in our room. We've finally decided on the crib & it should be ordered within the next week or two. I'm planning (as of now) to sew her bedding & I ordered & got the pattern in, now deciding on fabric. The dresser is here along with changing table (one thing checked off!) We're also moving a floor down in our building to another apt with more room... Right now that's planned for Mid-Jul. That's when I'll finish the small decorations & hanging pics. I'm so ready to be settled!

I lost my energy somehow this weekend. I have at least one nosebleed a day. But...I'm feeling so excited & it has suddenly gotten real.

Nervous for my GD appointment coming up in about 2 weeks.

I'm taking off next week to clean out my sewing/music room and transform it into a baby paradise! I can't wait to get everything in and see it looking good. (I will have to find a new place to iron my clothes.

I suppose I can deal with that. )

We've painted the nursery, got the furniture put together, put up curtains and some decorative touches.
Now I just need to hang some things on the walls and wash/put away his clothes.

I have one this fri where we discuss "options"during and after birth. ---------- GTKY - What type of progress have you made with the nursery and/or other house projects that you aim to be complete before the baby comes? How prepared/not prepared is your home for new baby? How far before baby comes will it be ready? None. We're team green and won't do anything until after baby is here. It will remain the guest room until then. Babies do not need their own room at birth, in fact they need so very little at all. Funny how much more laid back I am for #2! ---------- ETA sorry for iPad formatting!
