How many snappis

I have a pretty good stash of 24 prefolds and 10 GMD workhorses with no closures, and several NB AIOs to try out. I feel like snappis are like hair ties, in that they will disappear and I will always be searching for one at awkward times. I bought 4 snappis. Should I have more?

I have one Snappi and haven't lost it in 2 years. Hair ties are another story! I'd wait and see how quickly you lose them before ordering more.

I had a 3 pack for the NB stage. I still have all 3. I think you'll be fine for now.

I would think 4 would be plenty, unless you're prone to misplacing things. I have 2 and wish I had a third for back up.

I have 2 snappis and have only used one of them. I keep the other in the diaper bag with a flat and cover but haven't needed to use yet. We only change him at the change table in his room (I don't have a place for another changing spot in the house right now). I would find it hard to loose a snappu because we only change in one place.
That being said, I also have a set of Boingos, which I love, so that's kind of like a 3rd snappi. But I probably use Boingos more often right now.

We have 5 and always have at least two in easy reach. Unlike hair ties- you're not likely to take off a snappi unless you are about to replace it so they're easier to keep track of. I do need more than one or two though just because the cat steals my backups sometimes or I take off a diaper by the bathtub and don't replace it until she's back at the changing table.

I had a pack of 5 and that was more than enough. They lasted through until about 8-10 months when one by one they all started snapping. I bought an additional 3 to hopefully last through the end of diapering for us.

I'd say 4 is a great place to start.

We bought a 3 pack and used them for about 8 weeks and still had 3. We now use OS dipes.

I got a pack of 3. I have never lost one. We have one in each diaper bag as well and one we are using. I have left with dd in a pocket and brought only prefolds with no snappi more than once. Sucks when they are in the messy poop stage!

I had a pack of 3, but because I had other styles of diapers than just prefolds and workhorses, I was always losing them. Between the diaper bag, pack n play changing station, and the main level changing area, I could never find one when I needed it. I picked up 2 more (total of 5) and now I'm good. I think I know where 3 or 4 are at the moment :-)
