Unquenchable Thirst!

It's brutal!!! I do not remember this at all with DS. I drink so much water regularly... And I still feel so dry!!!! What gives!!

    I've got that, too. And I've never had it with previous pregnancies. I just can't drink enough. I'm guzzling the stuff and my lips are still super chapped. Sigh.

    I have the same problem. It's soooo annoying. I never had it with my other two pregnancies. No matter how much I drink my mouth still feels dry as a desert!

    I thought I had diabetes or something until I consulted Dr. Google. I know, the one time Google made anyone feel better. :-) Apparently it is common when your body is increasing its blood supply. It becomes a never ending cycle with my increased thirst + increased need to pee. I am now peeing every 45-90 minutes at work, with a FULL bladder every time. Well, at least I'm hydrated!!

    So thirsty all the time! It is frustrating because I can't even get through a shopping trip without needing to find some water!

    Agreed! I don't remember this from last time. Constant thirst. I just can't drink enough water. Over the weekends we took a road trip, so I cut down on the fluids, so I would have to pee as much, and by the end of the day my lips were chapped! Crazy!

    Same here, I can't really remember if it was that way for my first pregnancy being that it was 10yrs ago, but I am constantly thirsty and even after drinking a bottle, my mouth is still dry and lips are very chapped...
