I have everything done except the hospital bag. I have a list made of what I'm going to pack, but I thought it might be overkill to pack it too early. I'll probably actually pack it in a couple of weeks. I've always gone at 38 weeks, so I want it packed by 36 weeks.

I have all bottles washed, all.clothes washed (waiting for my parents to bring the dresser over so I can put them away), hospital bag packed, car seat in the car, nursing pillow and sibling gifts are in the car. Hospital bag and labor bag are waiting in the hall.

DS and i have been making art to pass the time so we hung those pictures up yesturday. I've started the menstrual cramping and we sort of expect me to deliver in July instead of the end of august (when I'm due) i didn't bleed to much last time so I figure all postpartum items will come from the hospital and I'll buy more as needed.

For whatever reason I have 34 weeks as my start date for all this stuff. Not sure why, but I feel like once I hit this I'll start getting serious about prepping. Baby clothes are all organized and washing them is not that big of a deal. I highly doubt I'll actually pack my hospital bag next week, but I will see what I have here in terms of travel size toiletries and then start making my list.

Well, now I feel like a slacker! But we are having our annual Canada Day party this weekend, so all of my preparations have been getting the house ready for that. I have stuff in the nursery organized (with tags a still on and still in boxes), so if someone wants to see it at the party it will look okay, but DH still has to put the crib up!
