Vaginal birth after pelvis fracture?

I am 29 weeks pregnant with my first child and am 27 years old; when I was 19 I fell fracturing my sacrum in five seperate areas. I did not need surgery. I have noticed some pains in my back as the baby is getting larger that are similar to the pains after my injury. I wonder if any od you have been through a similar situation, and if you were able to have a successful vaginal birth? I have talked to my MD about this and we have not made concrete plans for labor yet.
