Trying to Get Pregnant

Lower abdominal pain

I had this kind of feeling my first pregnancy when I miscarried but I hear it's pretty common actually, and I don't mean it's common to end in a miscarriage. I'm just curious what it is exactly and if it usually ends in a BFP. We haven't been TTC for that long so I was surprised when I felt this so I'm trying to not get my hopes up.

To explain exactly what I'm feeling... It's in my lower right abdominal area. Not in both sides, probably because I only have one ovary. It was only in the right side last pregnancy as well. This would be my second time pregnant and first child if we do not lose another one. The pain isn't like 10 but it's definitely noticeable. It's mostly when I move but it's increasing to where it's a dull ache all the time now. It has been all day today.

If you think you could be pregnant then take a test. Check out the Newbie Blog, it can be found in the post titled Read This Before You Post.
  • Lower right side pain? Yeah. I had that. Resulted in an appendectomy.

  • To directly answer your question: No. "Lower abdominal pain" does not "usually result in a BFP".

  • If you don't know what it is, how are people on the internet supposed to be able to tell you....?

It could be poop, o pain, or any other random thing your body decided to do.

Are you temping? Do you know when/if you've ovulated this cycle?
