    Hi, ladies.

Had my 16 week appt with the OB today. All is well. Baby is still jumping and wiggling away. HB is still strong at 160 bpms and everything is looking good. They usually don't do an u/s at this appt but my OB had a med student with him and so they did one so she could practice. I LOVE seeing that little one move and wiggle.   Still waiting for July 3 to find out what team we are!

QOTW:  We haven't purchased much but probably my favorite thing so far is the Kate Spade diaper bag I got for 75% off!  I love it!

I'm 15w6d today. Not a whole lot to report. I did get some maternity clothes last weekend but I still really need stuff for work so that's what I'm working on for this weekend.

@Ashris13 you don't have my team listed but we are Team Blue.

QOTW: I'm kind of excited to buy a new pack 'n play. We have one from SD but TBH is was not my style. We were just going to use it but when we were at BRU DH was looking at them and was amazed about how much cooler they are now than they were 7 years ago. So I think a new PNP is on the table and we'll just either donate the one we have or keep it at my mom's.

     TTC since August 2011, Me = 40, DH = 38
Unexplained IF. Tried Clomid for 3 cycles. All BFNs. BFP 1/6/13. Chemical pregnancy.

Moving on to IVF#1. ER 11/26/13, 16 eggs retreived, 12 mature and all fertilized. 2 blasts transferred on 12/1. All other embies arrested so nothing left to freeze. Beta 12/10 = BFN. IVF #2 March 2014. BFP!!! TEAM BLUE!!!

Last week's fetal echo ultrasound went well.  Glad the babies are doing ok.  they are watching Baby A for a bit more fluid in his kidney than is the norm.  They said it's common, but they are watching it closely.  Today is "V" day!  We are exactly 24 weeks today...V stands for viability ...just in case.
My BP has been fluctuating again so we continue to monitor from home.  My weight as measured from home is 15 lbs up, but at the dr. office today it was only 11.2 lbs from when I had my first obgyn appt after leaving the RE.  I was given information on preterm labor and how to measure movements of the babies.  I also need to go get my glucose screening and baseline pre-eclampsia bloodwork done in the next two weeks prior to my next obgyn appt.  Doing ok, but feel huge.  I know it's all baby and for a good cause.
:)  Just trying to finish up my school year teaching.

QOTW:  I don't know yet.  Still thinking on this one.

Well DH and I went yesterday for our anatomy scan and found out that we lost baby B around 8 1/2-9 weeks. My baby A was measuring right on track at 19 weeks 2 days and was bouncing and waving to dad. It's just such a bittersweet moment. We were completely shocked and devastated by B's passing. We decided with all of this that we will be team green. This baby is our miracle.

    Thanks again @Ashris13 for a great check-in!

I am 15 weeks 3 days today and feeling great. I have yet to tell my boss yet, but I plan on telling him next week (I'm working remotely this week). I'm pretty sure he's going to tell me he already knew, haha.

Favorite baby item so far...probably some of the super soft blankets and clothes I've already bought. I tried so hard to wait, but I just couldn't help myself.

Also, weird thing I encountered this week: I wanted to do the Panorama test just for the piece of mind, and the hospital/genetic counselor that I did my NT with told me she wasn't able to order it for me. She said I had to either screen positive for downs (which is pretty low cutoff in my state - 1 in 100), or be over 35. Has anyone else had this experience? I am bummed. I'm going to ask my OB if there's any other way I can get it.

I didn't do the blood screenings but my OBGYN talked to me about them.  She was happy to order one, but I think that most say on their websites that they're indicated if you're 35+, have an US finding, or some other risk factor, not necessarily for the general population.  And insurance doesn't always cover it unless you meet one of those criteria.  There might be one that is better for the general population though, and/or your OBGYN might be willing to order one anyway!  I think though most of the testing has indicated their accuracy only in those specific populations.

24 weeks this Friday! So ready to make it to V Day!

I had an appointment with a cardiologist today- for me, not the babies. The idea of being a mom has made me feel really vulnerable and, I'll admit, afraid. My mom died really young (49) of a heart attack when I was 22, and I have a family history of heart disease. I don't want to leave these twins early!!!! I want to be around for a long time. Anyway, he did an EKG and said I looked good, but they're bringing me back for an echocardiogram in July to check everything else out. I really just wanted him to say that I seem healthy and that he doesn't see any problems with my heart- and that's exactly what he said! So that was a relief. He did recommend seeing a hematologist for my blood clotting issues, but I think I will wait until post partum and I'm off lovenox.

I feel the babies move all the time, so that's been exciting!

As for purchases, I've bought some sheets from Serena and Lily (love them!!) and I'm excited about ordering their cribs. Maybe next week?

Hey all! Thanks @ashris13 for the great check in.

26w1d here. Everything is going well. LO is kicking up a storm and moving around in there. I wish I had a womb cam to see what it is doing. My belly is def getting bigger and I've gained about 20lbs, so I am trying to eat healthier to make sure I don't gain too much weight. I am getting to the point where getting up and down off the ground takes the wind out of me. Everyone keeps telling me I will only get bigger and it will only get worse, so yeah for that. Since we are team green, everyone has been speculating as to what we are having. It seems like more people think we are having a boy than a girl. Honestly hoping that the next few weeks fly by a bit quicker because I am getting in that uncomfortable stage and I want to know if its a boy or girl in there.

QOTW: We haven't bought much yet. DH wants to wait until after the shower which my friend still hasn't set a date for. My FIL in MI is making our crib and dresser so we won't have that until after LO is born. I think if my shower doesn't happen by 36 weeks I will go buy a pack n play.

Hope everyone has a great week.

    Hi Everyone,
I love seeing everyone's updates. I think I just felt fluttering today in my lower right abdomen :) I don't know maybe just digestion movements???? I am 17 weeks tomorrow nothing else is new.
QOTW: I bought the cutest knitted animal finger puppets. Just adorable- one is a monkey, flamingo, tiger, bear and shark. They make me happy even though not super practical :)

I'm sorry to read this. It must be a really hard time for you and your dh. I hope you find some peace and are able to enjoy the baby that is growing inside.

17 weeks today!!  Nothing new to report.  I don't think I'm feeling anything.  Felt little bubble like feelings about a week ago, but haven't felt it since.  8 days until my next OB appointment and our elective U/S to find out the gender.  My MIL will be out of the country during our 20 week anatomy scan (and a few weeks after) and we are having a reveal get together, so we decided on the elective U/S.  I can't wait :).  The reveal will be that following Sunday.

No real exercise plan - I just do a lot of seated upper body exercises - shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep extensions, pull downs (to work upper back) and then I'll do bodyweight squats and in-place lunges.  Lots of walking!

QOTW: We've recieved a lot of small items, probably our favorite being the (Michael) Jordan booties (husband is obsessed with MJ).  But I think my favorite will be our stroller.  Not sure which one I'm getting (maybe Bob since I want to run), but I'm excited.

@overwhelmed29 So sorry for your loss.

17 weeks, 1 day here.  Haven't felt any other movement yet, which is disappointing!  I can't wait to be able to feel these babies.  My A/S is in 2 weeks and I am really looking forward to that.  Next week I just have a check up, but will be glad to hear the heartbeats again.  4 weeks is really too long to go in between appointments!  :)

QOTW:  I haven't really bought anything for the babies yet, but am really looking into strollers at the moment.  Oh that's not true - I bought a Moby wrap (which I have seen you can wear multiples in at least for a brief time!) and some cloth diapers.  But I am looking forward to knowing the genders so I can buy more specific things!

Hi ladies!  Thanks for adding me to the check-in!

I'm 16w4d today and feeling great, just tired.  It's so much different having a toddler to chase around, much more tiring!  Not bad, just different.  I've been feeling slight movement here and there.  I don't have another regular OB appointment until next Thursday then we leave on vacation and then our A/S is on 7/10!  Can't wait to see how much the LO has grown!

QOTW:  I haven't purchased anything yet for this LO.  We have so much stuff from DS, even lots of small neutral clothes since we were team green for him, too.  So I really don't have to buy much.  What I'm looking forward to the most is buying stuff for and decorating the nursery.  I'm sure I'll slowly start that in the next few weeks.

@overwhelmed29 I'm so sorry for your loss. I saw your earlier post and can't believe the crap you had to go through. T & P coming your way!

We are almost to V-day, 23w 5d today. The appointment on Friday went great and they are all set to copy my records for me. Nuggets are measuring right on track, which was a relief since my appetite has taken a dive. We found out Monday that DH's current insurance and future insurance are going to match up perfectly, so that is a huge relief!

QOTW: Everything is packed up in boxes and ready to move, so I guess my favorite thing we are going to buy is a house! I can't wait to take everything out and set up their nursery!

Hi ladies!  20w2d now & we are having a GIRL!!!  We had our A/S last week & everything looked perfect.  DH is already getting a glimpse of the future as I cannot stop shopping for my baby girl!  I can't resist all of the cute outfits!  We are ordering our crib & dresser today so I'm excited about that.  I have picked out her carrier & stroller as well & want to go ahead & get it before the pattern is discontinued or something crazy.  I really have to slow it down after that or I will not have anything left for my showers!

QOTW: My favorite thing I have purchased are her Wendy Bellissimo outfits as they are so cute & girly.  I am already planning outfits for her first outings:)

@ashris13 great check-in, as halal. Thank you!! @overwhelmed29‌ hugs to you sweetie, I'm so sorry for your loss. As for me, I'm 24w5d and just can't get over how much of a wiggle worm is inside me! He makes me laugh at some of the feelings I have! At night he is still sticking his bum out and causing me so much discomfort, but I love it!! The yard sale went well....had to chase a woman from trying to pop a squat on my lawn!!! People are crazy!! I've out on about 30lbs so far, and I don't care :) my BW is good, BP is good, my doctors not worried, so I'm just going to roll with it (no pun intended). I'm creating a comfy habitat for my little angel!! My mom and sister are buying the nursery paint and coming over this Saturday to paint the nursery. I'm so excited :) QOTW: I bought our little man a suit!!! Depending on his size, it will either be for thanksgiving or Christmas. It's Nautica, and was 75% off, otherwise I would have never spent the money. But it is a 3 piece pin-striped suit and is so stinking cute!!! Monthly OB appt next Tuesday and still waiting on the crib to arrive.....

I asked for u/s and other tests to see why we weren't getting pregnant, doc just kept giving me meds and telling me to go to his church for a "laying of hands") Stopped all monitoring/testing/temps, etc, Sex became a chore and we started to grow apart. At 12 mos I decided to look for another doc. 02/2013 consult with new doc....3 days later testing began...u/s, all good, HSG: all good, labs: all good, ovulating, etc. Started on Pregnitude. 04/2013 failed attempt for SA, 05/2013 failed attempt SA. 12/2013 SA: 3% morph, abnormal functionality. Hello ladies! It's been a while, but the three of us have just been super busy. We found out we are having a boy and a girl, and dr says everything looks good. Little girl measures a little small, a few days behind but says he's not concerned. They are active in there, I can actually see my belly moving which is the coolest thing ever! The other night DH set remote control on my belly and we watched them volley it around. So fun!

Back from our week's getaway where time absolutely flew. Now at 20w6d. Have been feeling LO rolling or flipping around several times a day. It is the oddest sensation.

Thanks @Ashris13‌ for a great check in! I am 23 weeks! Not much new with me - haven't made any progress on the nursery or anything baby-related but hopefully soon! Starting to plan my son Jeffrey's 2nd birthday party which is next month!

QOTW: haven't bought anything yet but I do want to get a blanket or something with LO's name - we have decided on Jacob Patrick!
