We are a grapefruit, though in real life we are more like a large ear of corn. So its what it is.
I was kicked last week simultaneously in the cervix/vag nerve, as well as being head butted up into what I guess are intestines/stomach, while in an important presenation. I actually said "uff" outloud in the middle of talking - luckily people laughed. Also, as crude as this sounds, my little guy is really quite a dick when I have to pee. Apparently he does NOT care for any space infringement and kicks repeatedly at my bladder until I pee. Awesome.
We've got most of the furniture and some clothes. I think we need to now switch over to finding a nanny and setting up the savings account. Basically we did the fun and now its on with the not-so-fun!

What size/fruit is baby this week? A cantaloupe. REALLY? I feel like this is progressing pretty fast. There's a huge difference between a grapefruit and a cantaloupe to me. Unless I'm just weird and have only seen small grapefruit.
Best place you've been kicked by baby so far: Always in the bladder. Always. Recently I've noticed I'm feeling her above the belly button now, so I suppose 'lil bitch (Awkward reference) really is the size of a cantaloupe these days. I was so used to everything being below the belly button.
How far along are you with setting up for baby? What is your next big "to do"? We have been cleaning out our office. We're moving the desk into the guest room and the office area will be the baby area. So, once that is done (hopefully in the next week or two), we're getting the crib/dresser and shit will get real.
What size/fruit is baby this week? Cauliflower! 25 weeks
Best place you've been kicked by baby so far (anything goes, coming off recent posts - during sex, in the cervix, in an important meeting, etc.) I had my first 'duel kick" - I got a swift kick to my lower abdomen, and one below my rib cage at the same time. Baby must have been really jazzercising in there.
How far along are you with setting up for baby? What is your next big "to do"? Ugh - not very far at all. My DH has been gone a lot for work and we have a houseguest occupying what will be baby room until the end of the week. Im ready for DH to be home, and her to be gone because I'm having very serious nesting urges!!

24 weeks, Cantaloupe! I would like to add that I cant get enough cantaloupe lately. I probably ate more cantaloupe while I was preparing it than I actually put out for DD's party on Sunday. Oops.

Definitely got a few cervix kicks this past weekend. Which is funny, I don't remember getting them with DD. Also, it felt like he did a body roll yesterday. I think it's almost to the point where I start to get a seasick feeling when they move.

Honestly, not very far. I've sorted out what gender neutral clothes of DD's that I can use and we've decided on which stroller and which car seat we want, its just a matter of going out to actually buy them. Next thing would be to start construction on DD's room and get her all set up in there so we can get our room set up for baby. But that's all up to SO's parents and I think I've mentioned it before but SO's dad is notorious for putting things off until the very last second.

According to TB, we are the size of a Papaya. According to my weekly emails (that are way better IMO), the size of a Barbie.

I haven't gotten any weird ones yet! Baby always moves around the most when I am laying down.

Not as far as I'd like to be! My next big to do is move. Then we will start setting up the nursery. I have ordered the crib already & had it sent to my mom's house, so hopefully she will be able to bring it up within a few weeks of our move! I am hoping H will let me order the glider for my birthday next week

Baby decided to repeatedly kick my cervix as had as his little legs could. Oh man did it hurt!

We literally have to peel the paint from the walls in the nursery. The previous owners painted with latex paint and no primer, so you can literally peel 2foot sheets odd paint off the wall and the wallpaper underneath is completely intact! It's ridiculous!
What size/fruit is baby this week? 25 weeks so we are a cauliflower. YAY! Hard to believe in just 15 weeks we'll hopefully have our little one in our arms.
Best place you've been kicked by baby so far: She is still sitting breeched so she kicks me really low. I feel her little feet shoving a lot too...usually around dinner time. LOL
How far along are you with setting up for baby? What is your next big "to do"? Furniture is ordered and hopefully arriving in the next few weeks. The crib and dresser are already up and ready. All her crib bedding came in and so I went ahead and washed it and put it on...mostly so I just don't have to look at an empty mattress. I plan on rewashing before LO arrives.
The next big thing is having her wall monogram come in. A local artist is making it and hand draws out the designs, cuts and paints them herself. Her book is amazing! Can't wait to get it up on the wall above her crib.

Best place you've been kicked by baby so far (anything goes, coming off recent posts - during sex, in the cervix, in an important meeting, etc.) I get kicks frequently throughout the day, but the worst was the other day when I was in the car for five VERY long hours, and about 20 minutes from home, and our sweet baby girl was tap dancing on my bladder. I was so ready to get home I didn't want to stop so as soon as I pulled into the garage I ran inside and straight the the restroom. DH got a good laugh over that one...
How far along are you with setting up for baby? What is your next big "to do"? This weekend we made pretty good progress on the nursery. We had already painted and picked out some artwork/decor, but have been waiting to hang it up until the furniture arrived. We got everything set-up and purchased some shelving to put in the closet for organization. We still need to hang some of the decor we bought, so we will probably do that this weekend! The next big to do is to find a pediatrician. I have a couple I want to meet with, based on recommendations...but I just need to be in town for more than a day to make that happen!
