Over the past few weeks I haven't pumped enough for LO's daycare bottles. I am using my freezer stash to make up the difference. I'm getting 8-9oz and I need 12oz. On a typical day I nurse her at home at 530am, 730am, I pump at work at 10am, 1pm, and 4pm and I nurse her to sleep at 7pm. She is usually down by 730/745pm. I go to bed around 930/10. During my two hours of free time before I go bed I have some wine. I don't know when to add in a pumping session. I don't want to have to give up having my wine. When should I pump?
Re: Adding a pump session-when?
Does anyone know if I would have to change anything on my pump to do this? Like remove one side of the tubing?
This. One small glass won't make a bit of difference anyway. If you're worried you can get those alcohol test strips but I can almost guarantee they will be negative after one small glass. Unless your glass looks like this
