Scary Moment

So tonight, walking out of the bowling ally after my husband's league, I fell pretty hard on my butt. I was walking down the ramp and with the combination of the slippery ramp and my crappy shoes, my feet got out from under me and I fell. I texted my midwife and she said if I have any any pain or bleeding to go into the ER. So far the only pain I have is in my scraped up foot, but I will be paying attention all night.
Just a reminder to everybody to BE CAREFUL!
I'm going home to listen to him on the Doppler.

My Doppler is the best investment I have ever made. I heard him very quickly and he doesn't like it so it got him to move a lot more. Then this morning I woke up to very strong kicks. I am sure everything is fine. I will be sure to slow down from now on.
