Back On The Horse!! (Shameless AW Update)

So, went back Friday to take another quantitative hCG and it's negative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And suddenly after a months long state of suspended animation, things are about to move really fast. I go in tomorrow for CD3 blood work and call radiology Monday to (hopefully- FX please) get my HSG scheduled for next week (my doc wants it done between CD5-10). I'll also be doing the Clomid Challenge, which is basically a monitored Clomid cycle (she wants to do it in combination with AMH levels to measure egg quality which is the policy at the RE/IF clinic). The biggest 'if' here is the HSG. If it's discovered that there are issues then we'll avoid next this cycle and hold off further meds until anything that can be fixed is fixed.

I want to thank everyone so much for their support and hugs during all of this. I know I've been a bit of an Eeyore, especially lately, and you have put up with me. Hopefully good news is coming!


ETA: Sorry, by avoid next cycle I meant avoid this cycle. If there's a problem with my tubes we will obviously avoid this (I think it's that I can't believe that this cycle is here) cycle and use this cycle as a diagnostic until things can be fixed.

Beta Hell--hCG finally down to 0 - 6/20/14
SA normal. Genetic testing normal. Hormonal testing normal.
HSG 6/30/14 - found blocked left tube and 2 'bubbles' on uterine wall.
Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
 9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
 U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015
U/S #3, 1/9: BPM in the 180s, IT'S HAPPENING!!!

       Me: IR-PCOS, elevated DHEAs, low progesterone, weak ovulation  DH: low volume, low T
    SHG 5/10/13: both tubes blocked; HSG 6/28 = Left tube cleared! Right blocked.
    BFP#1 7/20/13 EDD 3/30/14, m/c 8/19/13, D&E 8/21/13, Chromosomal results = normal, female
    Lap & hysteroscopy scheduled for 10/31, right tube cleared, no endo found! ...Happy Halloween!
    Cycle 14: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP! EDD 9/16/14~ Rowan Elizabeth born sleeping at 17w4d on 4/12/14 due to IC.

    Married 9-1-12 (On Depo until 4-12)        Me- 33, DH- 36
    NTNP starting 9-12, Actively TTC since 9-13
    My DX- Hypothyroidism.  Prescribed Synthroid
    DH's DX- Severe MFI- first SA results: 1.3 mill (1.2 mill motile), 21.6% motility, 2% morphology
    Blood test revealed low testosterone so DH was prescribed Clomid.  Repeat blood test and SA in November.
