Another week is here. Just finished a pretty decent leg/glute workout, sitting here trying to catch my breath and stop sweating before I jump in the shower for work. This is my last week before summer break. I made an appointment last night, I am going to start working with a trainer on Tuesdays and Thursdays until September. I am really looking forward to it. I need the motivation right now. I have hit that plateau where I lost a decent amount of weight so clothes are fitting better and I'm in a smaller size, but I am running out of steam and need to switch things up. I am still not in my happy place. Hopefully having someone monitoring my food log will get me back on track, or keep me on track for the summer.

My BMB is starting round two of a biggest loser challenge today. I actually won the first round but couldn't get my video to post. I told them to move on to the next person but now I'm kicking myself for that because I lost out on a decent prize

I decided I am going to go for a run on my lunch break again! I'm also one of those people who weighs themselves every time I go to the bathroom! Drives my husband insane!!
Every week I keep saying ok this is the week I will eat well and work out everyday, and then I don't. Reading this thread is starting to help tho. You ladies are awesome.
