vitamins while EBF

My pedi recommended giving my twins poly vi sol with iron around 3-4 months. I EBF, and was wondering how everyone else gives vitamins. One of my twins gagged and spit up my first attempt (that time, straight from the dropper). I have a pump, but time is pretty limited with twins. TIA sorry if it's been brought up before, mobile search sucks :(

    Thanks ladies. I hadn't really done my research on it. We have the d drops, and use them most days. I may have a chat with the pedi when we go in next week for their 4 month check up. I far as I know, they haven't been tested to check for low iron
