I have no clue what dinner will be, but right now I'm snacking on some BBQ rice chips and they're rocking my world.
@gimmeyronionrings Haha thanks, the funny thing is, almost everything on that list is SUPER easy to make. Couscous takes 10 minutes to cook, the salmon is pre-seasoned from the grocery store. Pesto is also super quick and easy as long as you have a food processor, and I love soups because you can throw literally anything in them and they are impossible to mess up. The only pain in the ass is the grocery shopping, I already realized I forgot the parmesan for the pesto so I'll have to make another trip - oops.

Good point! I need to get it together in the planning department. Since I started working full time again, I've gotten so lazy. Need to remind myself that it doesn't have to be elaborate. I love soup, but DH tends to feel cheated in some way if the meal isn't hearty enough, ha! I usually end up making quesadillas or grilled sandwiches on the side. I could seriously live on soup though.
Y'all are all so fancy. I had a hot dog and now I'm eating ice cream.
Not that fancy on my part. My chicken curry was not edible (dry crunchy rice and then dried out frozen chicken that resembled more of a teriyaki than curry). This is only the second time in my life I have sent food back. I got a cheese burger with two types of bacon as the replacement.
Tonight we're having bruschetta, fruit, and peach pie!
I'm so excited for all our meals this week though! Our menu for later in the week includes homemade pizza, salmon and toasted pecan and blueberry couscous, basil and pecan pesto pasta, and lemon and ginger curried carrot soup. Mmmmm.
@gradschoolmom1234 - In a totally not creepy way I am coming to your house for dinner this week.
