Vegas post IUI during 2ww?

In July I have the opportunity to meet DH in Vegas for a long weekend on the end of a conference. Thing is, it will be at the tail end of my 2ww after our first IUI. Things I'd like to do in Vegas: Get a massage while he's at his conference, lay by a pool, drink a little more than usual, and get lucky as in a lucky BFP! 

Usually I'm a drink until it's pink kind of girl, but with our first treatment cycle I want to be extra careful. I have also heard to avoid massages. I can ask the doctor about that but I will need to book before seeing him.

During your 2ww after IUI, would you...
Travel to Vegas?
Get a massage?
Drink?

Or would you skip?

    I would drink till it's pink, absolutely travel to Vegas, what's wrong with a massage? Probably something crazy, but shit, I'd do that too.

    FWIW I was doing shots the day before my last BFP, seriously drink up.

    You really don't need to do anything differently for an IUI than you would do any cycle TTC naturally, nothing you do will affect the outcome- but obviously if you do get a BFP I would refrain from drinking LOL

    IVF #1    Oct 2014 - antagonist protocol: 9R, 7M, 5F. 3dt of 3 Grade 2 embies. BFN. 
    IVF #2    Jan 2015 cancelled due to dominant follicle.  Converted to IUI #1. BFFN
    IVF #2.1 March 2015 cancelled due to dominant follicle.

    BFP #6  (SUPRISE!) 3/19/15.  EDD 11/30/15...  CP at 4w2d.
    IUI #2:    Clomid + Follistim = 3 follies. BFN.
    IVF #2.2 May 2015 - horrible response to micro lupron flare protocol: 3R, 3M, 3F. 3dt of 2 Grade 3 embies. BFFN. 

    BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

    I'd skip the massage (apparently it releases toxins stored up in your body) and maybe drink more moderatly but I think it sounds like a great trip!

    Ok I'm going to book it! Thanks for the encouragement. Maybe I'll get a facial instead of a massage just to be safe or at least ask my RE what he thinks.

    @Mrs Castillo‌ I was drinking lots of tequila filled Margs the night before my BFP with DD so I like your style.

    And yes, of course, my drinks will be virgins if I'm surprised with a BFP early.

    I think I would do a swedish massage, more for relaxation than anything. Tell them you dont want anything too deep and drink water like crazy. Drink til its pink! AND HAVE FUN!!!! :D

    I'd never heard about the massage thing. Ugh another thing that I will feel a tad guilty about now! (note it won't stop me from doing it though!)
