I think I have it. I know I need to take some serious time out but we're so busy there just doesn't seem a way to fit that in. Any of you experience burnout? How do you shake yourself free or carve out some time to recharge?
Thanks for the support. I am on mat leave till September so no daycare just yet. I will try to plan a day off next weekend. I think once I get it on the calendar it will stick. I'm not a big drinker but a margarita or two is in order!
I'm in a bubble bath as I write. Glass of wine, apple pie, O magazine and tv on the laptop. DH took little one to my sister's for the afternoon. Life is good.
