AW: anniversary cake!

I'm the LEAST talented when it comes to stuff like this but due to my mspi diet and ds1 has mspi I can't go to any bakeries and order a cake for the cookout my IL are throwing for us so I decided to try to make one myself. I totally pinterest it up and found a YouTube video. I'm so excited that I did it! A few years ago I couldn't even make edible cookies! Here's a pic of my success!

    You see so many people post Pinterest fails. Not enough post their success! The cake is adorable! Great job!
    Can't figure out the signature thing, so here's the short, short version.....first daughter born on November 10, 2013. She was conceived through the magic of IVF after 2+ years of TTC.

    @shanbp it was actually good! I'm not a huge cake fan‌ but I liked it! I did alternating layers of chocolate and yellow cake layers inside and a vanilla buttercream frosting. It was dairy/soy/gluten/nut free. Everyone at the cookout liked it as well and couldn't believe it was without those typical ingredients and still tasty. I used a box mix for the cake batter but made the frosting myself since I can't find boxed frosting I can have.
