I took mine out before I got pregnant for other reasons but hate the little hole above my belly button now haha. If you want to keep it you can buy pregnancy belly rings that grow with your belly. You won't be able to keep the normal ones in though
May Siggy Challenge = Linda Belcher!! Hands down, my favorite TV mom!
With DD I kept mine in the entire time. It was fine. But then, my belly button never "popped", so that could be the difference. With this one I'll probably order one of those flexible ones. Not like I'll be wearing a bathing suit by the time it really matters, up here, so it doesn't matter what it looks like!

Mine was pierced but I took it out about a year ago. The hole is still there and it's not attractive either. I have thought about getting a flexible one just to hide the hole. Haha!

I took mine out around this time when I was pregnant with DD. It was SO weird at first (I'd had mine for almost 12 years!) and I hate the little hole, but I'm use to it now. I didn't want to put it back in after I had her. I felt like it was time to leave a part of my younger years behind and grow into my new role as Mommy.

I took mine out long before my first pregnancy. I still have the holes there and when I was huge it looked less than lovely. I wish I had never gotten it when I was younger
They have a plastic belly ring ment for pregnancy. I used it on my last pregnancy. Its great. No having to get it redone. Bends with your belly. You can go to any tattoo shop and get one
I took mine out during my second tri with my older son. I ended up with a lovely lightning bolt shaped stretch mark right over the hole. Totally not attractive.
My girlfriend was able to keep her regular barbell thingy in for all three of her pregnancies with no problems. Maybe just see how it goes.
I forget exactly when I switched to the flexible one with my first, but I think the general rule is when it becomes uncomfortable. I'm 15 weeks now and will probably need a flex one soon. I got mine from a website, I think it was called Body Candy.
Yeah, I took mine out to when I found out I was pregnant. I'm gonna look into these pregnancy rings, though. Hubby liked when I had it in and am hoping it wont look ridic after baby is born.

FWIW, mine still looks awesome and I'm glad I kept it in.
I took mine out early this time. Last time I left it in too long and it started to slowly tear out. Now the piercing isn't as deep. It didn't grow over or anything last time so I assume I can just put it back in post baby again if I decide I still want it.
