How do you blow?

I've been dealing with allergies and a killer sinus infection, and learning to blow my nose with one hand instead of two (because I always need to blow my nose while feeding LO) is hard. And it occurred to me, does anyone use one hand, regularly?

    I put ss because I use two hands when possible but I feel pretty skilled at one handed blowing when necessary.
