teething fever?

Vinny has never had a fever higher than 99.7. Since thursday afternoon, he's had a fever up and down. It goes from99.7- 101. How many days do I let this go on for until I take him in? There aren't any other symptoms for it to be anything else so I'm just assuming it's teething?!?!?!

    A fever is technically 100.4 or higher so even 101 isn't all that high. Definitely could be teething!

    Thanks moms. I think my husband is making me more paranoid. I just gave him a dose of meds cause it was 101.1. He's say we need to go to urgent care. I put him down to nap so we will see what happens as the day progresses.

    We survived the day, however, the night was crazy. Up every other hour. Rotating Motrin and tylenol. However, found the 2 top molars halfway through so no wonder wee man is in dying pain. He's never been a easy teether. I feel bad. Doesn't want any comfort items either. Tried wet washcloth, frozen fruit, frozen celery, Sophie, etc. Nothing. Poor kid.
