I want to start by saying: Dear Diary,

I worked out at 10am, and STILL haven't been able to take a shower because my kid is acting like a maniac.

And I really need to wash my hair.

Dear Diary, thanks to AF for appearing just a few days late so I could get all kinds of false hope then have it bashed down. And thanks now for pushing my cycle 3 days later so that my first IUI aligns perfectly with the 4th of July. :-P

If this cycle doesn't take I'm going to be having baby sex on my family vacation in a tiny condo. My Dad, his girlfriend, my brother, his girlfriend, my daughter, my best friend, and her daughter will all be there and within ear shot. Please oh please let this cycle take for so many reasons.

This week was great, I only had to drive one place (my thyroid appt) and found out all my numbers were excellent! So I have that going for me! The doctor also said she wanted to up my dose if any of these cycles take- two extra pills a week. Reading more about thyroid and morning sickness- specifically hyperemesis gravidarum which I had last time (for half my pregnancy and I was with a nurse at home, IV and pump attached to stomach- don't want that again!) it confirms my suspicions my thyroid was not in check w DD's pregnancy- so I have one more thing to research and hopefully have in my court for next time around!

DD, why does DS insist on playing right next to my bed in the morning? It wouldn't be a problem, but here's a transcript from the last 2 minutes:

DS: "um. 2008? 2008 Quattro? 2008 Quattro (repeat 9 times). Bentley continental. It's a Bentley continental. Oh. Suzuki jossey (what?). Honda civic type r. Honda civic type haaaaa! Honda civic (repeat). Lexus rs. Hybrid cars. Lexus rp. Lexus cr. Lexus 2008. Ooh, 2009 gto. Audi TT. Audi TT. Audi TT convertible. Thanks for waiting! (some gibberish). What's buppy? What's that- oh it's a Mitsubishi. A Mitsubishi spyder. It's supposed to say on there. Mitsubishi (starts naming all the Mitsubishi cars)."

And on and on and on. I don't mind that he he likes to name cars but oh man I can't listen to that from morning to night every day!!!

Haha 4.5 years. When he was 3, he was able to tell us what kind of car (make and model) was passing us on the road, sometimes in the dark. He has some major skills!

Today is Saturday, but I'm glad I missed this post yesterday because last night turned "awesome." We were driving out to a family function when on the way, DH accidentally got stuck in a toll road. It had been carpool, but then it turned into a toll road section, but you have to have a fastrack to use it, there's no cash pay. And he noticed the sign at the last second when it was too late to get out. And we were stuck in it for like five miles, so, we will probably get a nasty ticket in the mail.

Then, when we were about five minute away from the restaurant, DS starts coughing. He has allergies. Well, this cough gagged him, and he puked. REALLY BAD! Is smelled so gross. We actually stopped by Target to buy him a new outfit and and a new blanket because I didn't pack back-ups! Why didn't I pack back ups!?!?!? Despite the trunk bath with baby wipes, he smelled for the rest of the night. And despite triple bagging the puked on clothes and blanket and wiping down the carseat as best we could, the car ride back home (hour and a half) stunk.

And I was up late to switch over the laundry because DH and DS had an early morning and I needed to get the carseat cleaned up.

But today I get to eat birthday cake for my friend's kid. So that will be fun.

no actually, I mean I had a beta Thursday, and they said everything was clear. I have been getting +'s on cd 11 for the past 3 cycles. I think its just all my crazy hormones. but we are sexin' it up anyways. for the first time in a long time, I am actually enjoying sex.
