Light headed after ovulation every month?

We have been trying for number 2 for a few months now and now that I am paying more attention to my body I have started to notice that I become very light headed after ovulation. For example, this month my ovulation days were around the 14-16, and yesterday and today it seems that every time I stand up I become light headed. Last month and the month before were the same thing, which made me hopeful that it was just really early pregnancy signs (you know, I was reaching for anything) :) Does anyone else get this? My diet has not changed, maybe its hormones? :)

    So, you don't actually know what day you ovulate but since you've noticed getting dizzy a couple times sometime around there you're assuming it must be related you ovulation? Is that what you're sticking with?
    Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

    My ovulation days were between the 14-16 this month based on this sites ovulation calculator, the only reason I am asking is because I have noticed this happen the last few month and was wondering if any one else gets a little dizzy too.

    I'm sorry, I do not mean "pregnancy hormones," I just meant normal hormone changes we have through the month.

    The hormonal shift associated with ovulation is an LH (luteinizing hormone) surge.  That might help you with researching it.

    I have read on old posts here that sometimes headaches can be connected due to the change in hormones during ovulation, but I'm not positive if it's actually related or not. However, if you're not temping you don't really know if that is when you O'd or not. Also, if you think that a certain day is O day you might be overthinking symptoms much like the "phantom symptoms" people have during the 2ww.

    I get nauseous right around ovulation and for a few days after, happens almost every month. Hormones are weird.

    OP, if you haven't got the hint from PPs, your siggy pic is massive.  There are ways to make those pics smaller and more forum friendly.

    Dizziness and lightheadedness can usually be attributed to a rapid change in blood pressure.  In your case it sounds like that it exactly what it is.  Hormones can affect your BP as can a variety of other things.  I would suggest keeping track of when it happens and discussing it with your doc if it seems to be a regularly occurring thing as there could be another underlying reason.
