Two babies, same situation at 6 mos old

So I breasted my first for 6mos and hit a wall of no supply. Couldn't pump anything and son was very frustrated clearly not getting any milk. After trying multiplex things used the freezer stags and came to terms and we gave formula. I thought maybe this time around would be different but no. I'm now approaching the 6 mos mark and same thing is happening. Supply is sinking. With both I have tried all the supplements, more pumping, more nursing, etc and nothing helped. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before? Do some women literally reach a no supply early?

    Both my mom and sister stopped producing around 6-7 months. I do think some women's bodies decide they are done. I don't know if this has to be the end of the road, however. Neither of them did anything to see if they could fight it. If you really want to keep going I would meet with a LC to see if there's anything else you can try to get your supply back. Sorry you are experiencing this, good luck!!
