Any tips?

In a few weeks I'll be trying my final FET with our two remaining frosties. This is our last shot so I'd like to give myself the best possible chances. Any recommendations for things I should consider doing? I've read pineapple core can assist with implantation, has anyone tried that? I'm at a loss on why our last FET did not work. After my first failed cycle, I had a host of medical, immune and hematological testing an everything came out OK. I then got pregnant with DD on the next try. RE says our two remaining blasts are the same quality as the one which resulted in success previously. I guess I just want to feel like I am doing everything I possibly can to make the next try a success, so I can end this process with no regrets if it is not successful. Thanks, ladies!

DOR and AMA
2/12-5/12: 4 IUI cycles = all BFN;
7/12: DE IVF # 1 (with ICSI)- 20R, 16M, 14F, 5DT of 2 blasts; 6 frosties = BFN;
Lupus anticoagulant initially high, then found to be normal on hematology consult;
Follow up testing in September all clear;
Started synthroid for "high normal" TSH;
FET # 1- late October 2012- BFP on FRER; beta # 1- 21(low), beta # 2- 48 (still low), beta # 3- 132, beta # 4- 1,293; beta # 5- 5,606; last beta- over 100,000. First u/s 11/21- heard heartbeat
12/12- Officially an OB patient!
Level 2 ultrasound at 20 weeks shows vasa previa and VCI
Referral to MFM and mandatory c section for delivery
Beautiful baby girl born at 34 weeks
Finally home after 15 day NICU stay!
Trying for sibling: FET # 2- May 2014; beta 5/31, BFN
FET #3, early July 2014; beta 7/14, BFN
DE IVF # 2- August 2014; 14R, 13M, 11F, 5dt of 2 blasts (3 AA), 5 frosties = BFN
FET #4- December 2014, yet another BFN

Dr. KK work up shows borderline uterine blood flow, elevated NK cells, and MTHFR mutation (homozygous for c677t)

Added baby aspirin, prednisone, supplements, Metanx, and intralipids

Switched to large clinic for final attempt; had endometrial receptivity testing in January; FET March 2015 = yet another BFN

Likely OAD- NBC

    I ate pineapple, drank pom juice, did meditation, etc.... All in all it just helped me to relax and feel like I gave it a good shot to work (which it did but did not stick around) So I say do whatever to help stay relaxed and makes YOU feel good during this process. Good Luck! :-)

    September 2013 DE IVF (Fingers Crossed) = BFFFN! again...

    October 2013 FET of our last 2 = Beta Hellzz for 6-7 Weeks. M/C

    I've done three FETs and had heard POM (100% pomegranate juice) helped lining. I had good lining each time I drank it, but one transfer decided to skip it. Guess what? My lining sucked that cycle! After I learned my lining wasn't so great I did POM religiously for three days and it plumped right up to where it needed to be. I know that's not exactly science, but I'm a believer. I just drank 8oz a day for every day of estrogen until transfer. GL!

     12/6/12 - Adopted five embryos that had been frozen for over ten years!
     2/11/13 - DEmbryo FET #1 Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts. 
     2/16/13 - First BFP of my life @ 6dp5dt! EDD 10/30/13
     3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.

    6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!      
    9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
    9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
     9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. :(

    11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
     11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
    Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522  Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373 
    6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!

    Snowflake baby is a girl!

    I also drank Pom for my FET. Just be careful not to drink too much. It will clean you out!!

    Thanks ladies. I remembered that I did acupuncture for previous cycles so signed up for a few sessions.

    Ironically I also drank POM juice before transfer (for lining) and ate pineapple core after transfer (for implantation) for my last successful cycle. I also used the meditation tapes from Circle + Bloom. However, I also did these things (POM and pineapple) pretty early on, when I was still doing IUI's and I used the meditation tapes for all of my prior DE cycles...and they didn't work so who knows?? I figured it could not hurt to try the POM and pineapple again, because we stopped doing a lot of the radical treatments for my very last transfer (which included some of the immune treatments suggested by the RI).

    If it makes you feel any better, I was also skeptical that my last transfer would work, but by some miracle it did (I'm now 24 weeks)! I hope and pray your last transfer is successful....I just wish I could tell you what finally worked for me, but to this day I don't know. Sending many (((HUGS))) your way!!!

    Me: AMA, DOR, undetectable AMH, carrier of SMA, MTHFR homozygous C677T, high cytokines, low IGg B cells, Factor XIII V34l mutation, High Anti-Phosphatidylethanolmine, borderline hypothyroid and mildly insulin resistant.

     

    MH: No known issues, aside from MTHFR.

     

    Recommendations from RI: LIT, Humira, IVIG, Lovenox, Baby Aspirin, Folic Acid, Low-dose synthroid and Metformin.

     

    Currently taking:  Pre-Natal vitamins, Foltanx, Low-dose synthroid and Metformin. 

     

    When cycling also taking: Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, Humira and IVIG.

     

    TTC since 7/11/09..with medical intervention starting in 2010, including 4 failed IVF's and 6 failed IUI's...only "success" was a chemical pregnancy in 11/2012 (credited to use of DE).

    FET #1 (11th cycle) on 8/23/13 = BFN.

    FET #2 (12th cycle) Transfer of last two (day 6) donor egg blasts on 1/22/14 = BFP, EDD = 10/10/14 (please stick little BOY!)
