All hail the queen! Nobody can reuse a kombucha scoby like you can, and don’t even get us started about your green drinks. You don’t line to brag, but you haven’t eaten off the dirty dozen in at least that many years. You spend more on food and supplements than most people do on their mortgage, but it’s all about priorities, right?
some of these things i was really in between on, so it's not quite accurate...for example, my car is neither SUV or prius, but i *do* have a car. my car's mileage is closer to a prius, though, so i chose that one.
Everything online recs 10-20 mins at a time, but I usually do closer to 5-10, since that's about all I can last not talking to my kids. My teeth are noticeably whiter since I started, and my dentist commented that my gums look a lot healthier than they used to..although I did have pregnancy gingivitis (both times), it went away right away with this baby, while it hung around for some time with dd. I've only been passively doing it for maybe 6 mos? 2-4xs a week.
Natural Living Newbie. What the heck is a 5 finger shoe?
There are several styles. They are also referred to as barefoot shoes. I have some and love them. They hurt my feet at first, but it's like walking everywhere barefoot, but with protection on your soles.
