Webster Technique and/or moxibustion to flip twins?

Have any of you tried either of these? Baby A is breech, baby B is transverse and I really don't want a c/s. A was vertex until about a month ago but even if he flipped back my OB won't let me try naturally unless B is vertex too. I'm not even sure if they both could get head down since they are bunk bed style?

Me: 30 ~ Stage IV Endo ~ AMH .38 ~ AFC 8
AMH .97 as of 4/2012! ~ AMH 1.63 as of 4/2013!?!
Him: 29 ~ perfect swimmers
Laparotomy w/partial oophorectomy 8/2009 to remove cysts/endo.
Stopped BCP 4/2010.
Multiple clomid rounds from 11/2010 to 6/2011. ~ All BFN
IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
IVF:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embryos txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013 ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.
Beta 1: 503(12dp5dt) Beta 2: 1035(14dpt) Beta 3: 3001(16dpt) Beta 4: 8503(19dpt)
Twins with an EDD of 8/15/14! Team Purple

    I'm sorry it hasn't worked for you! I'm worried if it does work then they could always flip back before it's time to deliver. The instructor of the childbirth class I went to suggested putting something warm at the bottom of my belly and something cold at the top. I'm not sure how that would work, especially with twins, but I might give it a try! :)

    I saw a chiropractor - not sure if she did Webster, but her philosophy was just to make lots of room in the pelvis and babies will position head down. They flipped a ton during the last few months and eventually ended up both head down. I have no idea if my chiro gets the credit or if it would have happened anyway - I tend to be skeptical of those techniques in general, but the upside is that a chiropractor may be able to provide some relief from other physical discomforts, so as long as you are seeing someone who is gentle and experienced with pregnant people, I would recommend it. Good luck!

    TTC #2 since July 2010
    FSH = 11 (20 on day 10 of CCCT)/ AMH = .98 / AFC=12ish
    5 IUI's with oral meds = all BFN
    March 2012 IVF (MDL Protocol) Started stims 3/3; ER 3/11 (9R, 8M, 7F) ET 3/16 (5dt of 2 blasts graded 3AB and 3BA, 3 frosties(!!) Beta 3/26 = 386; Beta 3/28 = 827; u/s 4/11 says TWINS! Boy/Girl Twins delivered at 36 weeks 6 days

    Thanks for sharing @pillowass‌. I have a chiropractor that I've been seeing for a few years now and definitely think the adjustments have helped with pregnancy aches and pains. Unfortunately he doesn't do the webster's technique so I may go see someone else who does. If nothing else at least I'll feel better from the adjustment!

    I tried the Webster with my chiropractor and it didn't work for me. But a neighbor of mine went to the same chiro and it worked for her. 

    Unfortunately even if they both go vertex when baby A is delivered baby B may turn around since they will have more room. 

    Prepare for the worst case and hope for the best.

    I did the Webster Technique with my chiro and a whole lot of knee chest from Spinning Babies.  My baby A went from frank breech to footling to vertex.  B stayed transverse pretty much to the end, even flipping around during labor.
