Hello everyone, I've come here for some advice.
I had a breast reduction 14 years ago and and struggling with my supply. LO is nearly 8 weeks old and my supply is still low and I'm having to supplement with formula (4-6oz a day). I'm taking fenugreek, mothers milk tea, motherslove more milk special blend drops, lactation cookies and oatmeal every day. I've now just ordered some Domperidone.
Does anyone with a breast reduction have any experience with this drug and whether it worked by increasing supply? Thanks.

well, my LC seems to think it's done something, but I think I'm still going to need to supplement. I'm probably getting 18-25 oz a day (feeding and pumping), so not quite enough for a growing baby. I definitely get more when I pump. Good luck!
