My mom got me the boppy total body pillow last time. I used it more after baby was born than while pregnant. It just took up too much space so I ended up using a really thick king size pillow between my legs and that worked out better.
I third the regular body pillow, but mine was from Walmart. So nice. I sometimes wish I had two, one for each side but SO is there if I need to prop a leg up. :P
I am obsessed with my Leachso Back 'n' Belly Pillow. I haven't tried another so I don't know if this is objective but I am seriously never giving it up. Here are the two main reasons I love it if that helps
1.) It is double sided, as in if I want to roll over in the night I don't have to rearrange everything.
2.) It is super plump and thick so it provides plenty of support AND I can cuddle it like a koala bear!
The only downside is that it's a pain to remove and replace the case but I got around this by cutting the end off a regular pillow-case and threading the body pillow through so that it covers the area that I drool/rub makeup on (keeping it real!). That way I can change that case as often as I want and the main pillow case only when it needs it.
I have a body pillow from Target. I don't like that it takes up a 1/3 of our queen size bed. So I end up on the couch. 2nd I tend to move a lot when I sleep. So having to move myself, pillow, and rearranging the blankets, is just a hassle. In which I most likely end up on the couch. 3rd my shoulders hurt when sleeping on my sides (my chiropractor is my favorite to help with this) So with all that being said. 8 to 9 times out of 10 I end up sleeping on the couch. I go to bed with DH and then once he is asleep I go to the couch. I am having to take one of my head pillows to help my bump feel right with the space between me and the back of the couch or to snuggle with. So the body pillow is big and annoying to move. But when first falling asleep in bed I do snuggle with it. Until I go to the couch. ">
I love my snoogle buuuut it started getting lumpy? There seems to be a space where my head normally lays on? I have tried to fluff it and all---does anyone know how to fix this? Lol!!
Sorry @kfitzguerra I'm just seeing this. I do like it! It has the nice big curve part that can go on my head and all the way around to between my knees then the other side is almost like a wedge for under my belly or my back depending on which way I lay. I also considered the u- shaped pillows but like that I can even disconnect this pillow and really wedge the thing under my belly or spine for a lot of support. So I definitely feel like I get more support then I did from my snoogle.
I use a regular cheap body pillow that I bought on amazon. I actually always use a body pillow to put less pressure on my lower back even while not pregnant. I'm prone to get back pain if I'm not careful and a regular body pillow was all I needed last pregnancy and I am doing the same this time.

For those who don't like the Snoogle, I got a new cover for it and it's really comfy now. I wasn't wild about the white one it comes with, but I think the one I got the other day is a jersey knit of some kind. I've been refluffling mine every night before bed and haven't had any big issues with lumps..yet.
I also got a Snoogle and have not been as impressed with it as I thought I would be! I find it incredibly firm and hard where my head goes and it's SO freaking huge and cumbersome

I second this. And mine used to be hard in the head area but after using it religiously it's kind of conformed to me. I absolutely must have it to keep me sleeping on my side.
The pregnancy pillow. It's shaped like a U. It has definitely helped me sleep more hours in a chunk. I've also found that putting a small pillow under the arc of my spine gels too
