How do you use this??

So apparently one of the breast pumps broke (we have access to hospital grade pumps). And this is in it's place. I stared at it for like 5 mins before I found the ON switch.

And it's all loud and I feel awkward.

Looks similar to the one I had at work, but a different model. Ours was an Ameda something-or-other and looked ancient.

Did you turn the suction adjuster to the right? In the pic it's turned all the way down
