I decided to skip today based on the fact that I was so busy at work today and am way below my calorie goal again. The old me (eating disorder) would work out anyway, but I can't give into the temptation. I've got to make sure to make time to eat better tomorrow! I'm not sure what's going on, but all my patients are so needy this week. It's summer, people, it's time to be happy!
