Just HAVE to sit up!

So my LO is 10 weeks and recently we have noticed she's got pretty awesome head control. We started sitting her up in our laps after a bottle and let her sit in the bumbo seat a little. Since we've started the bumbo seat, she's begun getting fussy if she's not sitting up and looking around. Sometimes she doesn't even want to finish her bottle after burping because she wants to stay sitting up. Anyone else have a little on who is all about sitting up. - I forgot to mention it's totally assisted sitting up. She's not some sort of phenom at core strength. Lol

    DD1 was like this and was sitting up unassisted by 3.5months and crawling at 4. DD2 isn't trying to do any of these things but she hates being flat and screams. This one likes to be sitting up she's just not trying to do it on her own yet.

    DS is 9+ weeks and loves to sit on our laps! He's not ready for the bumbo yet, but loves sitting with our help.

    Mine has ALWAYS loved sitting up!! Can't wait until he's ready for the bumbo chair. He is going to love it!!!

    Cora loves to sit up! In the bumbo or in our laps. I even had to change the incline of the swing seat because she wants to be upright all the time.

    My LO loves to sit up and stand up (all of course with help). She is only 8 weeks!!! Only wants to be snuggled and held like a "baby" now when we rock her to sleep. This is too soon!!!!

    We have this Boppy chair, and our LO sits in it a lot (without the tray) - he loves it!!

    LO will fuss sometimes until we put her in the sitting or standing position!

    Our baby girl started holding her head up pretty well at 6 1/2 weeks. She's a pro now at 8 1/2 weeks, so I think in a couple of weeks I'll try her in the bumbo chair. :) She loves standing too!

    My LO (10 weeks) also recently started the bumbo. She sits really well and loves to see what's going on!

    DD had pretty good head control when she was born. She's been able to hold it up no problem since 2 weeks. She loves sitting up. She has the strength to sit up pretty well on her own, just not the balance. She's also strong enough to support her own weight while standing, but again no balance

    Edit to add: she's 12 weeks old

    How do you all know when the baby is ready for the bumbo? Is it just good head control?
